Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced (2 carrots)
- 1 cup celery, sliced (3 ribs)
- 1 cup onion (1 onion)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 cups broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- S&P
- 1/2 bag of egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut or shredded
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oil. Add chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until soft.
- Add garlic. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add broth and spices. Cook 5 minutes until vegetables soft.
- Add noodles and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken and lemon juice. Boil 2 minutes.
- Slurp!
