Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup of warm tap water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add sourdough starter, milk, egg, and oil. Mix well, adding in warm water until a pancake batter texture. Do not overmix, there can be lumps. Batter will still be thick after it sits.
- Heat up frying pan, grease with butter, and cook pancakes. They will fluff up a lot after flipped.
- Enjoy!
