Ingredients
- 450g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
- S&P
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups broth
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°. Make meatballs. Combine ingredients and form into balls. Bake 20 minutes until cooked.
- Cook onion, bell pepper, garlic, and S&P in olive oil until well cooked.
- Add tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes, broth, bay leaves, S&P, and meatballs.
- Simmer 1 hour.
- Add noodles, cook until soft.
- Slurp!
