Ingredients
- 450g stewing beef
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- S&P
- 4 cups broth
- 2 cups potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 4 ribs celery
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Cook beef and onions in oil and S&P until browned. Add onion and cook.
- Add broth, vegetables, and spices. Simmer 1 hour or until beef is tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water 1:1 and add to stew to thicken.
- Slurp!
