Ingredients
- 3-4 cups of chicken broth
- noodles of your choice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- chili oil / chili crisp to taste
- sesame seeds for garnish
- green onions
- soft boiled egg
- veggies of choice; I like bok choy, bean sprouts, spinach, mushrooms, matchstick carrots, edamame
- Cooked steak / shrimp / protein of choice
Instructions
- Cook noodles in the chicken broth. Do not drain.
- Cook egg.
- In a big soup bowl, put the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
- Cut and prep veggies.
- Add noodles to your prepped soup bowl, plus ladle in the chicken broth until you have the desired amount of liquid. Stir.
- Top the noodle soup with the egg, protein, veggies and green onion. Then sprinkle sesame seeds and chili oil.
- Slurp!
