Ingredients
- Drys: Oats & Seeds (use whatever you want, about 3 cups)
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (add when almost done cooking)
- Wets: Oil & Sweetener (double the sweetener to the oil)
- 2 tbsp oil (coconut, avocado, olive, canola, etc.)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp nut butter (optional)
- 2-4 tbsp (1-2 eggs) egg whites (optional, to help clump)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together until the drys are wet enough. Measure everything however you feel.
- Bake at 300°F on a parchment paper lined sheet for 30 minutes, pressed into some clumps. Mix up halfway. Add fruit for the last few minutes.
- Let cool to harden more.
