Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • Drys: Oats & Seeds (use whatever you want, about 3 cups)
    • 2 cups oats
    • 1/2 cup nuts
    • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
    • Cinnamon
    • Salt
    • 1/4 cup dried fruit (add when almost done cooking)
  • Wets: Oil & Sweetener (double the sweetener to the oil)
    • 2 tbsp oil (coconut, avocado, olive, canola, etc.)
    • 4 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp nut butter (optional)
    • 2-4 tbsp (1-2 eggs) egg whites (optional, to help clump)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together until the drys are wet enough. Measure everything however you feel.
  2. Bake at 300°F on a parchment paper lined sheet for 30 minutes, pressed into some clumps. Mix up halfway. Add fruit for the last few minutes.
  3. Let cool to harden more.
