Ingredients
- 450g ground beef
- S&P
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (398 ml) tomato sauce
- 1 can (796 ml) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped (about half to 3/4 one cabbage)
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ground beef, seasoned with S&P. Add onions. Cook.
- Add remaining ingredients and more S&P.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Slurp!
