Ground Beef Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

  • 450g ground beef
  • S&P
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (398 ml) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped (about half to 3/4 one cabbage)
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, seasoned with S&P. Add onions. Cook.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and more S&P.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Slurp!
