Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs stew meat, cubed
- S&P
- 1 pound potatoes, large cubes
- 4 carrots, sliced lengthwise into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine/ red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Brown meat in pan in olive oil and S&P.
- Add all ingredients (besides flour) to crockpot. Add S&P.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Whisk flour with some stew broth in a small bowl. Add to stew.
- Cook 30 more minutes to thicken.
- Slurp!
