Ingredients
- 1/4 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cups broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 large carrot
- S&P
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 5 cups broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Add butter, onion, garlic, chopped vegetables, and S&P to pot.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Toss veggies in flour and spices.
- Add broth. Bring to boil.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend with blender or immersion blender.
- Add cheese and cream. Stir.
- Slurp!
