Ingredients
- 3 Italian sausages, casing removed
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 cups broth
- S&P
- 4 medium waxy potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 cup cream
- 5 cups kale, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Italian sausage and red pepper flakes. Remove from pot.
- Cook bacon, cut into pieces. Remove from pot.
- Cook onion and garlic.
- Add broth and S&P. Boil.
- Add potatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add back all ingredients.
- Simmer.
- Slurp!
