Ingredients

  • 3 Italian sausages, casing removed
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 cups broth
  • S&P
  • 4 medium waxy potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 5 cups kale, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Italian sausage and red pepper flakes. Remove from pot.
  2. Cook bacon, cut into pieces. Remove from pot.
  3. Cook onion and garlic.
  4. Add broth and S&P. Boil.
  5. Add potatoes. Cook until soft.
  6. Add back all ingredients.
  7. Simmer.
  8. Slurp!
