Meatball Soup

Ingredients

  • 15 cups water
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 cup pasta
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • Mrs. Dash
  • S&P
  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash
  • S&P
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion

Instructions

  1. Cube potatoes and add to pot with water. Bring to boil.
  2. Chop carrots, add to soup pot.
  3. Add noodles, if you want.
  4. Make meatballs.
    1. Mix pork, chopped onion, seasonings, and 1 egg.
    2. Roll into balls and toss into pot as you make them.
    3. Cook until they float and are cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook chopped celery and chopped onion in oil in a pan until soft. Add to pot.
  6. Add 1 beaten egg to the soup pot while stirring constantly.
  7. Add dill and more seasonings, as you wish.
  8. Slurp!
