Ingredients
- 3 Italian pork sausages
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 cups broth
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 cup cream
- 1 package tortellini
- 3 cups kale
- S&P
Instructions
- Remove sausages from casing. Cook in pan. Set aside.
- Cook carrots and onion in remaining grease until tender.
- Add garlic and seasoning, cook for one minute.
- Add flour to vegetables, then add broth, whisking to not have clumps.
- Add tomato paste. Stir.
- Add cream and tortellini. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Add kale to wilt.
- Slurp.
