Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 226 g mushrooms
- 1/4 cup onion
- 6 tbsp flour
- S&P
- 4 cups broth
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms and chop onion.
- Sauté in butter.
- Whisk together flour, spices, 1/2 the broth.
- Add to mushrooms with remaining broth.
- Bring to boil, cook & stir until thickened (2 min).
- Add cream.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Slurp!

Tips
- Cut mushrooms all different sizes. While they shrink somewhat, they don’t deteriorate much.
